Until now,there is no specialized automation equipment to assemble the hooks described in this article in China.The production of hooks is still dominated by manual operations,and the level of automation in the production process is quite low,resulting in problems such as low production efficiency and poor product consistency.With the development of the society economy,the wages level was constantly adjusted and the labor costs started to rising significantly,resulting in the continuous increasing of the products cost.Many companies hurry to change the current production model.In response to these problems,more and more companies have begun to pay attention to the field of industrial automation equipment.Enterprise through automation equipment to improve the production,reduces the production cost,but also ensure the quality of products.The automation equipment also solves the problem of recruitment difficulties for a few companies.The hook-automatic production equipment in this project can solve these problems well and has been recognized by the enterprise.The research content of this project is mainly about the design of the control system of automated production equipment.Firstly,according to the hook installation process and the actual-function requirements,making an overall plan for the control system of hook-automated production equipment.At the same time,the hardware and software designing plan for the controller was also formulated.Then,the hardware circuit designing of the controller is completed.The hardware circuit designing includes the minimum system designing of the microcontroller,the transistor output circuit,the optocoupler isolated input and output circuits,the relay output circuit,the serial communication circuit,the alarm circuit,the power supply and the filter circuit,and the human-machine interface circuits,etc.In addition,finish the drawing of schematics and PCB diagrams.Then,complete the software designing of each unit and human-machine interface designing.Finally,complete the commissioning of the machine by combining the hook-automatic production equipment.The actual operation of the entire system shows that: System is running normally,the system achieves the expected performance requirements with good economic and social benefits.
