Study On The Life Cycle Assessment Of Folding Carton

Taking the white board,zinc sulfide paper,anodized gilding film and the printing process of folding carton as studying object,this article analyzes the influence of environment(9 environmental factors)by LCA methods qualitatively and quantitatively.Input data is the measured results of Nanjing Riverstones cigarette brand produced by Shenzhen Lijia Group Co.,Ltd.The results show that the process of production of white cardboard with the greatest impact on the environment is the pulping process;the process of producing zinc sulfide paper with the greatest impact on the environment is the coating and compound transfer and stripping process;The process of the electro-aluminum bronzing film that has the greatest impact on the environment is the process of coating the release layer;The process of folding carton printing that has the greatest impact on the environment is the silk screen and offset process.The environmental impact loads of 4 kinds of products are concentrated in 3 aspects —global warming,primary energy consumption and water consumption.This article puts forward suggestions for improvement from the angle of reducing environmental impact: First,the base paper should be made of low-weight and high-strength materials to achieve reduction.Secondly,the PET transfer film is the first process applied in the processing of zinc sulfide in the base paper—the coating process,which can replace the PET transfer film with other low-load materials.Thirdly,improve the screen printing and offset printing ink,and make it greener.Finally,improve the yield of each process in order to improve the overall material utilization level,and pay attention to saving water and electricity.The next step of the work can be to classify and summarize the different characteristics of each processing process,strengthen the energy consumption and waste statistics of various processing equipment,use the annual average as the benchmark data,and the difference between typical products as the uncertainty to form a representative Business or industry data.
