| As the oil price drops due to the economic crisis,further deterioration of the international market environment of offshore engineering,domestic offshore industry enterprises are faced with difficulties in receiving orders,delivery,cost increase,delivery time delay and other problems.Enterprises can survive by opening source and reducing costs,improving project management and increasing benefits only.Project risk management is the foundation of successful project management.Based on the progress,cost and contract management of the offshore industry.This paper explains the common problems faced by the industry management and analyzes the current difficulties for A company.It is believed that risk management can solve the problems faced by A company and improve the management benefits.However,the project risk management of A company does not have complete system to ensure the implementation of project management,which leads to difficulties in the implementation process of project management.Therefore,it is necessary to design risk management system for offshore projects.This paper analyzes and studies the literature on risks management theory and system at home and abroad.By referring to the framework of domestic risk management standards and the study on risk by project management theory,such as stakeholder’s attitude to risk,total participation in risk management and risk dynamic management are taken into account in the design of the system,providing theoretical basis and support for the design of project risk management system.Therefore,the project risk management system is divided into risk management planning system,management control system and information support system.The risk management planning system included project management stages,risk assessment criteria and risk acceptance criteria.The project management stage is the stage of project planning,design,procurement and construction.Each stage follows the project management process,which is initiated,planned,implemented,supervised and concluded.Risk management control system is divided into risk identification,analysis,response and monitoring.Risk control system management is repeated in every stage of project management.The information system serves as the support of the planning and management control system.The implementation subject of the system is hum,which is ensured by procedure,rules and regulations,as well as a good risk management culture environment.Therefore,when the system is applied and implemented in the offshore engineering project of company A.It sets up the organization at the company level,establishes the system to improve the project management and cultivate the risk management culture.At the project level,higher requirements are put forward for the ability of the project manager,and the risk management assessment and evaluation mechanism is used to supervise and motivate the whole staff to participate in risk management.After the implementation and application,the project of company A has been significantly improved in the aspects of cost,schedule and quality management. |
