This project aims to find an ionic liquid loading material absorbent that has a higher absorption capacity for acid gases such as SO2.Three ionic liquid loading materials were prepared and their absorption properties for SO2,NO2 and other gases were studied.Three ionic liquids were prepared by one-step synthesis:acetamide-sodium thiocyanate,acetamide-potassium thiocyanate,acetamide-ammonium thiocyanate,and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Three kinds of ionic liquid loading materials were prepared by equal mass ratio impregnation method:acetamide-sodium thiocyanate silica gel loading material,acetamide-potassium thiocyanate silica gel loading material,acetamide-ammonium thiocyanate silica gel loading material.The structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction.The absorption effect of SO2 on three ionic liquid loading materials at different temperatures?303.15-333.15 K,1 atm?and its recycling performance were determined.The results show that the acetamide-sodium thiocyanate ionic liquid at 80%loading has a higher SO2 absorption(0.390 g·g-1,303.15 K).The absorption effect of the acetamide-sodium thiocyanate loading material is almost unchanged after repeated use.The acetamide-sodium thiocyanate loading material is a physical adsorption process for SO2 absorption.The CO2 absorption effect of different proportions of ionic liquid loading materials and the absorption effect of ionic liquid loading materials on NO2 at different temperatures and their recycling performance were measured.The results showed that the acetamide-sodium thiocyanate supported material has a high SO2 absorption(0.144 g·g-1,303.15 K)at 80%load ratio,and 80%loading ratio of acetamide-potassium thiocyanate ionic liquid has a high NO2 absorption(0.230 g·g-1,303.15 K).The absorption effect of acetamide-sodium thiocyanate loading material on CO2 and NO2 was almost unchanged after repeated recycling.
