Study On Classification And Treatment Of Domestic Waste In Changzhou City

Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of urbanization,the amount of urban domestic waste has also grown rapidly.The "garbage siege" has become a major problem that has plagued various cities,seriously affecting economic construction and social development.These domestic garbage not only occupy a large amount of scarce land resources,but also destroy the urban landscape and the appearance of the city,and seriously pollute the ecological environment on which people live,which poses a great threat to people's physical and mental health.As a relatively developed economy in southern Jiangsu,Changzhou is also facing the same problem of "garbage siege" as other cities in China.Urban development urgently needs to classify and control domestic garbage to achieve the reduction,resource and harmlessness of domestic garbage.The classification and treatment of domestic waste in Changzhou started late and is still in the pilot stage.How to study the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions through the analysis of the status quo of waste sorting and governance is an urgent problem for Changzhou urban management workers to think about and solve.This paper adopts the idea of "propose a problem-analyze the problem-solve the problem",and analyzes the status quo of domestic garbage classification and management in Changzhou City through literature analysis method,comparative research method and quantitative analysis method.The difficulties and problems it faces.By learning from the advanced experience of classification and treatment of municipal solid waste at home and abroad,using Ostrom's governance theory,combined with the actual situation in Changzhou,we try to propose countermeasures and suggestions for solving problems in order to promote the classification of domestic waste in Changzhou City.New progress has been made in governance.
