Problems In The Implementation Of Waste Classification Policy In Wenzhou City Countermeasure Research

Garbage siege has become increasingly serious.Garbage is an appendage of urban development.The operation of cities and people produces hundreds of millions of tons of garbage every year.On the one hand,the growing urban garbage,on the other hand,the unbearable odor of garbage,has become a thorny problem in urban garbage disposal.China's rapidly developing cities are suffering from "garbage siege".The implementation of garbage classification can rationalize,reduce production and make municipal household garbage harmless.It is a benefit for thousands of years.However,the benefits of garbage classification to the people are that people only stay on the surface of awareness,and Wenzhou City has issued the "Work Programme of Urban Waste Classification in Wenzhou City" in May 2018,which has made a clear deployment and requirements for garbage classification,but at present,garbage classification has little effect.Classification of municipal solid waste(MSW)is a systematic project jointly participated by the government and the public.At present,there are still some problems in classification,collection and disposal system of MSW in Wenzhou,such as imperfect public participation,imperfect system and slow progress of work.In order to promote the classifier of MSW in Ningbo as soon as possible.For further development,in view of this,this paper attempts to use the perspective of public management,through empirical research,from the perspective of government,residents,market and so on,to understand the factors affecting the implementation effect of urban residents' garbage classification policy,to investigate the reasons why the implementation effect of garbage classification is not significant,and to explore some of the policies.
