As a new type of evaporation enrichment equipment,ultrasonic evaporation use the ultrasound for evaporation and concentration.When add ultrasound to evaporation,it is possible to form a vapor-type spray on the liquid surface increasing the surface area of the evaporation.The resulting spray causes the surrounding gas to move relative to the liquid,greatly increasing the coefficient of turbulence.At the same time,ultrasonic waves produce ultrasonic cavitation,resulting in turbulent turbulence inside the liquid,so as to enhance the effect of evaporation.In addition,ultrasonic waves have a positive effect on preventing and removing fouling from the heating chamber.As ultrasonic evaporation is a new type of evaporation equipment,the current study of this evaporator is not a lot,and for its energy research is less.In this paper,through the single factor and orthogonal test two experimental methods for experimental design,change the feed temperature,heating steam temperature,feed volume and other factors.Analyze the results of data analysis through Minitab and other software on the experimental,then assess the energy during ultrasonic evaporation.Through analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:1)Through the single factor experiment with ultrasonic power density as independent variable ultrasonic evaporation energy consumption as the dependent variable:The energy consumption of ultrasonic evaporation tends to decrease with the increase of ultrasonic power density.Energy is saving when the ultrasonic power density is greater than 1w/cm2;Through the single factor test of the energy consumption as the independent variable and the energy consumption of ultrasonic evaporation as the dependent variable:The energy consumption of ultrasonic evaporation decreases with the increase of feed amount,and the use of ultrasonic wave does not increase the energy consumption;Through the single factor test of the evaporation temperature as the independent variable and the energy consumption of ultrasonic evaporation as the dependent variable:The energy consumption of ultrasonic evaporation increases with the increase of evaporation temperature,and the use of ultrasonic wave has little effect on energy consumption.2)Through the orthogonal test,and Minitab software to the data of the signal to noise ratio and mean analysis:The factor "evaporation temperature" has the greatest effect on the energy consumption of ultrasonic evaporation,followed by the factor "feed amount",and finally the factor "ultrasonic power density ".The optimum combination of factors is"evaporation temperature" is 80 ?,"feed amount" is 201/h,"ultrasonic power density" is 0.8W/cm2;3)The influence of ultrasonic power density,feed volume and evaporation temperature on the energy consumption of ultrasonic evaporation was again demonstrated by regression analysis.At the same time,the regression equation of energy consumption and feed quantity,power density and feed quantity was obtained.
