Research On The Impact Of Industrial Development On Air Pollution In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

With the improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to environmental issues,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's air quality problems in recent years,have become the focus of people's attention.Subject to China's energy endowment situation.,Coal will still be a major energy for a long time,It's difficult for the proportion of clean energy increase significantly in a short time.This paper analyzed the current situation of industrial development and air pollution in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by combing the literature,calculated the air pollution emissions from energy consumption in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and national industries by collecting the energy use data of each industry in the statistical yearbook,and adopted the input and output table of China's provincial inter-regional input and output tables to build the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air pollution input-output table,systemly analyzed the transfer case of air pollution emissions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the impact of industrial development on air pollutants in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the industrial and regional perspective,From the industrial perspective,the production and supply of electricity and heat,as well as the metal smelting and rolling processing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are the two largest pollution departments.Meanwhile,the pollutant emission ratio of the same industry in different provinces are not the same due to the differences between economic scale and industrial structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In producer perspective and consumer perspective of the same area,the contribution of pollution emissions of the same sector is different.With the related product and service flow in inter-provincial trade,the sector calls in and calls out products,the hidden pollutant emissions are also transferred.From the view of regional pollution emissions,Hebei Province with higher proportion of heavy industry has huge direct pollution emissions,while Beijing and Tianjin have high proportion of service sectors,the direct pollution emissions are relatively small.At the same time,Beijing and Tianjin reduced the actual pollution emissions,through the consumption of raw materials or products produced in Hebei,while the actual pollution emissions in Hebei increased for bearing the pollution emissions of Beijing and Tianjin due to the production of a large number of raw materials and products.Based on the above research results,this paper proposed to promote the industrial upgrading and redistribution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region rely on the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei reduce the inter-provincial transfer of high-polluting products while increase the dependence of local high energy consumption and high pollution products.Beijing and Tianjin to should reduce the investment in the metal smelting industry in Hebei Province.promote the technological upgrading of Hebei Province by the transfer of technology and industry.Meanwhile,Hebei need to strengthen the industrial competitive advantages,introduce more technologyintensive industries and develop the tertiary industry,change the trade structure.,Beijing need to reduce the local thermal power,and actively use solar energy,geothermal and other new energy.
