| The main reason for the probability of accident is human error,and safety attention is the leading factor of human error.External information stimulation and individual change are the main causes of frequent errors of human error.Therefore,this paper takes the miners as the research object,uses the classical paradigm of studying the return inhibition,designs the effect of the safety mark on the miners’ attention return,and the effect of the auxiliary characters and burnout on the two behavior experiments of the miners’ attention return inhibition.It has a significant adjustment effect,and whether the regulation effect of the stimulus can be affected by the degree of individual burnout,and based on the basic principle of the behavior safety 2-4model,the "2-4-9" model which regulates the return inhibition of the miners’ attention is constructed,and the corresponding specific strategies are put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:⑴the significant regulation effect of safety signs on miners’ attention inhibition of return was defined.In the first part of the experiment,the repeated variance analysis was carried out on the error rate,reaction time,and attention return inhibition of the tested behavior data,and it was clear that the safety sign compared with the icons has a more significant regulating effect on the individual attention return inhibition of the miners.⑵the influencing factors of miners’ attention inhibition of return were put forward.In the second experiment 2,based on the degree of burnout and the safety mark or non auxiliary text,through the statistical analysis of the measure index of the attention return inhibition,it is clear that the influence of the auxiliary characters of the safety mark and the degree of the burnout of the miner’s individual has significant difference on the effect of the miners’ attention return inhibition.More attention was paid to the inhibition ability,and the auxiliary text safety markers had a more significant effect on regulating the return inhibition of miners’ attention,and the inhibition effect was more significant for adjusting the attention of the high burnout miners.⑶a strategy of miners’ attention inhibition of return based on behavioral safety theory is proposed.Based on the theory of behavior safety and the basic principle of the 2-4 model of behavior safety,the PDCA cycle management method is used to construct the model of regulating the "2-4-9" mechanism of the miner’s attention return,and from the 2 dimensions of the enterprise and the individual,the planning stage,the execution stage,the inspection stage,the disposal stage 4 stages,and the improvement of the physical and chemical environment design.A strategy to regulate miners’ attention inhibition of return was proposed to promote the compliance behavior of miners.This article takes the miners as the research object and uses the psychological behavior experiment method to explore the factors and suggestions to regulate the inhibition of the return of attention.It provides a new entry point for the safety production management of coal mining enterprises,and makes the miners make more accurate compliance behavior,thus reducing the human error and reducing the probability of the occurrence of coal mine accidents. |
