Coal is the most abundant strategic resource and the core energy source to maintain economic development and enterprise operation in China. In recent years, the state has intensified the safety production inspection of coal mining enterprises, and ordered enterprises with hidden safety hazards,“five falsehoods” and unlicensed production to suspend production and construction,so as to reduce the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents.Although China's million-ton mortality rate in 2018 reached a record low of 0.093,the number of non-heavy safety accidents is still not optimistic. The occurrence of safety accidents reduces the safety performance of coal mining enterprises and has a negative impact on social safety.Heinrich study shows that 88% of safety accidents are purely caused by human factors. The operation of an enterprise requires the execution of employees, and the unsafe behavior of miners is a decisive factor in the safe production of an enterprise.Human behavior is the embodiment of one's own psychology.Unsafe behavior of miners is closely related to their own psychology and consciousness.Job burnout is a common psychological phenomenon of miners.Under the influence of Job burnout, miners will produce behavioral deviations, then safe production of coal mining enterprises will be affected. At present, there are relatively mature studies on the relationship between job burnout and unsafe behavior of miners, and the relationship between job burnout or unsafe behavior of miners and other variables, but little empirical research on safety performance is involved.Based on this, according to Three-dimensional Interactive Determinism,Accident Causality Chain Theory and emotional event theory, this paper determines the definition and scale of variables, put forward hypotheses, and constructs model on the basis of the literature review of burnout, unsafe behavior and safety performance.Through the questionnaire survey of miners, the reliability and exploratory factor analysis of the acquired data are carried out to optimize the scale;the reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis are performed on the formal scale to verify the relationship between the variables in the model.Secondly,AMOS21.0 software is used to analyze the path and test the fitness to determine the optimal model and relationship among variables. Finally, the hypothesis of the mediator variable — unsafe behavior is tested by the mediating effect to verify the hypothesis of the variable. The results showed that the stress dimension of job burnout—emotional exhaustion(?=-0.276)and the interpersonal dimension — dehumanizationn(?=-0.197)had a significant negative impact on safety performance, while the sense of personal accomplishment(?=-0.264)Safety performance has a significant positive impact.Among them, emotional exhaustion had the greatest impact on safety performance.Miners' emotional exhaustion(?=0.315)and dehumanization(?=0.293)had a significant positive impact on unsafe behavior, while sense of personal accomplishment(?=-0.290)had a significant negative impact on unsafe behavior.Among them, the biggest impact on unsafe behavior is the miner's sense of personal accomplishment. The unsafe behavior of miners(?=-0.529)had a negative impact on safety performance and had a mediating effect on the three-dimensionality of job burnout and safety performance.Based on the survey results, this paper proposed four measures that coal mining enterprises should implement the rotation system, formulate the safety regulation system for the whole process of production process, conduct regular safety training, and improve the sense of honor and achievement of the miners by interpreting policies and exercising miners' psychology, therefore, the safety management ability of coal mine enterprises can be improved from five aspects— enterprise rules and regulations, operational behavior, production process, staff thought and implementation of policies.
