The one bath dyeing process of polyester cotton knitted fabric is dyed with reactive dyes at low temperature,then p H is weakly acidic,disperse dyes and dispersants are added to high temperature,disperse dyestuff dyed polyester fiber,then cooled down and discharged,and soaping process is carried out.The whole dyeing process is carried out in the same dye bath.Compared with the traditional two bath dyeing process,the one bath process has shorter dyeing time,less water,electricity and steam,and less discharge of sewage,so as to achieve the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development.This experiment is mainly to dyeing with reactive dyes,disperse dyes,dispersion agent,soap lotion to filter,and then a bath dyeing process for polyester/cotton knitted fabric single factor experiments are carried out to determine the best dyeing process,then the color matching experiment was carried out to verify that the process stability,given the cost of one bath process and two bath process,determine the factory actual feasibility of one bath process.Through orthogonal test,we screened 20 dyes from the five series.Comparing the K/S values of each reactive dyes in high temperature conditions,the dyeing depth and depth of CTA series reactive dyes with double monochloro-triazine structure were selected,which had better high temperature resistance.Then the compatibility of the three primary colors and the detection of the fastness.It is verified that this series of reactive dyes has good compatibility and has a good test fastness under the dye concentration of 4%,reaching the factory production requirements.Secondly,the dispersive dye was selected according to the salt tolerance and test fastness of the dye,and the dispersion of red w-4bs,disperse orange PUD and disperse deep blue wf-r were obtained.Then,the anti-aggregation B and high temperature levelling agent were selected as the dispersant agent.TCW was used as a soap washing agent and the soap washing process was washed in hot water.Finally a bath dyeing process for polyester/cotton knitted fabric with single factor experiment,it is concluded that the temperature was 60 ?,50 g/L sodium sulphate,dosage of soda ash for 4 g/L,dyeingtime for 60 min has higher dyeing K/S value,dyeing effect is better.After compare one bath with two bath process,the dyeing stability of one bath process is good,and the dyeing reproducibility is high,and the cloth effect is up to the requirement of factory production.The cost of one bath and two bath for the same color is calculated,and one bath dyeing than two bath can save the cost of 25%-60%?.
