Exhaust gas and particulate matter produced by the rubber industry are one of the important sources of environmental air pollution.The situation of environmental pollution caused by the number of rubber production and processing enterprises in Hengshui area is very prominent.This project takes the design and operation of a waste gas treatment project of a plate rubber bearing production in Hengshui as an example,and designs the exhaust gas treatment project for the related enterprises.Provide technical demonstration and guidance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the pollution factors of the production process of the project are analyzed.Through the on-the-spot investigation of the enterprise,the production process and the occurrence of pollutants are determined.The production process mainly includes the machining section,the rubber parts production section and the assembly section,respectively.Stage production process and sewage node carry out environmental monitoring,and analyze the monitoring data.The analysis results show that the generated exhaust gas is mainly auxiliary material transfer,feeding dust,plastic,mixing waste gas,opening and refining waste gas,dry exhaust gas,sulfurized waste gas,The pollution factors in the exhaust gas exceed the emission limit of the corresponding emission standards,and the exhaust gas generated in each stage needs to be treated with exhaust gas;According to the composition and concentration of the exhaust gas generated by the workshops of the enterprise,different exhaust gas treatment processes are selected.Through the process comparison and the actual situation of the exhaust gas generated by the enterprise,it is determined that the engineering design scheme of the project selects“collection + bag filter + Photocatalytic oxidation" and "collection + absorption tower +photocatalytic oxidation" two integrated technologies to separately treat the exhaust gas generated in each stage of the production process,and analyze the operational effects of environmental protection measures at various stages,the operation effect is good.This program analyzes the operating costs and equipment purchase costs of environmental protection measures selected at each stage.Through the analysis of operation effect and investment cost,it can be shown that the program design of this course is reasonable,the exhaust gas efficiency is high,and the economic benefit is good,which can be widely used in the rubber bearing production industry.
