Design And Implementation Of Processing Line Before Heat Treatment Of Piston Pin

Piston pin is a key component of diesel engine.The processing before heat treatment is outsourcing.It is a large risk of mixing,and the production efficiency is low and the cost is higher to the traditional production line.In order to change from outsourcing of piston pin to self-made and to control product quality from the source better,Shengrui Transmission Corporate Limited built a rough machining production line.The production line meets the requirements of multi type piston pin production to adapt to a wide range of markets.This paper adopts the idea of green manufacturing in modern manufacturing technology,discusses feasibility on the process before heat treatment and equipment automation technology,also designs and implements a new line of piston pin before heat treatment.The production line effectively improves quality and production efficiency,reduces labor intensity,and saves the cost by high –efficiency and automatic equipment,advanced processing technology,and the combination of automatic lifting machine,chain conveyor,automatic logistics device,etc.At the same time,three types of utility model patents are authorized for the shaft workpiece inner hole processing device,an automatic hoist and automatic conveying device for piston pin.Research of this project focus on the following aspects: Process Planning for piston pin before heat treatment,establish equipment investment plan and design layout of production line,layout design of production line based on green manufacturing,using network planning technology plans the design and implementation of production line,design of automatic hoist and chain transmission mechanism,and the effect of the production line is analyzed and verified by the statistical analysis technique.The research results have been applied in production with significant effect.
