With the constant increase of the demand of the mineral products with the mankind, the mineral resources become fewer and fewer. How rational, high-efficient, economy, security carry on the development and utilization of resources of mineral products. It is the question that the mineral resources developer cares about together to reduce losses of resources and dilution of oer and enhances quality of ore.Filling method get heavy development with high ore recovery and low dilution. Filling mining technology have making a breakthrough in our mining mineral deposit of high value and appear trolleyless mechanized to filling method of stabilized tailing (upward slice and downward tennel), some post filling method, filling method by stage, large aperture open stope (mining) method and filling empty with stabilized tailing filling(block stabilized) afterwards. Meanwhile, the computer is applied to research of filling body and mechanics function mechanism each other of country rock extensively. It provides the basis for the design and production programming.Xiao Tie Shan mining of lead and zinc adopt mining method is stabilized tailing filling method in upward lane .Stoping lane is according to large-scale trackless equipment and artificial rock drilling and design that size go on of equipment. Because Xiao Tie Shan mining of lead zinc mineral deposit top structure simple in conformity with force field. It relies mainly on vertical stress. With exploiting the increase of the depth, the horizontal stress obviously increases. The horizontal stress is the vertical stress 1.5~1.8 times. When stoping lane was in the procsess of constructing according to already existing design, stoping lane appeared drum, rib fall, collapse serious phenomenon and got less than guarantee safely. Meanwhile, while was going on mining in the middle part of connecting, filling body came off seriously and large area droped. The ore recovery was relatively low; losses were seriously; enterprise's benefit waslow.This thesis is directed production question that appear in the course in Xiao Tie Shan mining of lead and zinc, It applies filling body and mechanics function mechanism each other of country rock , start with the physics mechanics nature which is filled with the body , carry on filling body experimental study in room and outside . It analyses mechanics nature of filling body , deposit characteristic , intensity characteristic, and utilizes two-dimentional finite element method analysis stress of filling body ,strain , displacement analyse. Carry on model make and analyse, combine the factor related to filling with on this basis, such as tennel width, fill type of material, fill number of times, side coefficient, bury coefficient, etc., It is accurate analysis of mining parameter of variance specification and condition, and meet the mining's demands in the middle part of connecting(sill pillar floor pillar).
