| In recent years,China’s coke industry has a long-term excess capacity,and the demand for steel,machinery manufacturing,building materials and other industrial industries has declined sharply.The weak market presents a serious shortage of demand,and most of the coking enterprises are in a state of loss.In addition,with the acceleration and deepening of the national supply-side structural reform and the dual pressure of environmental protection,many coking enterprises were forced to limit production,reduce production and even shut down.In order to survive,most coking enterprises have begun to explore the development path of transformation and upgrading and acceleration of industrial chain extension,and have successively implemented a series of reform measures of enterprise management,including organizational reform,energy saving and consumption reduction,open source and flow reduction,staff reduction and efficiency enhancement.As a result,the income of employees of many coking enterprises has been sharply reduced,especially the operators at the basic level of the enterprises.Their enthusiasm for work continues to decline,and their enthusiasm and creativity are severely frustrated.There are some phenomena such as leaving their posts,leaving their posts,and turning to other industries.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish an effective incentive strategy mechanism for grassroots employees,so as to retain those who are skilled,experienced and have high comprehensive quality,and are willing to make contributions and work together to overcome difficulties with the enterprise.Firstly,this paper combines the current situation of coking industry and the actual situation of human resource management of FM coking company.About incentive mechanism at home and abroad related research theory as a guide,based on the discussion,the basic methods of interviews and sum up,analysis of main factors of effective incentive for employees at the grass-roots level,at the same time,the incentive to FM coking company worker status was analyzed,and the multi-angle,multi-level and structure analysis of some problems of the grass-roots staff incentive mechanism,targeted research for FM coking company long-term development needs of grass-roots staff incentive schemes. |
