F mining company was founded in 1985.With abundant magnesite resources,the company has developed rapidly in more than 30 years.However,with the acceleration of supply side structural reform of the country,the market competition of Magnesite Industry is increasingly fierce.The development and utilization of human resources has become the main content of the current competition,and the most important and core function in human resource management is motivation.How to motivate employees scientifically and efficiently,and how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees has become the key factor to determine the success or failure,which is the core problem f mining company faces at present.Grass roots employees are an important human resource of enterprises.Grass roots employees often have high work intensity,poor working environment and limited development space.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the enthusiasm of grass roots employees,enterprises must implement scientific incentive countermeasures.Under the guidance of the relevant incentive theory,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and interview.First of all,this paper introduces the background of F mining company.At present,the development of the enterprise is limited and the situation is not the same as before.The problems hidden in the high-speed development are gradually exposed,which makes the enterprise lag behind in the new era.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of employees,analyzes the gender structure,age structure,educational background structure,working years,post structure and skill level,and understands the special industry situation and the basic characteristics of grassroots practitioners.As a traditional labor-intensive industry,the majority of male employees,the majority of grassroots employees,and the aging of employees is strict Heavy,the overall level of education and skills is low,the quality level is uneven,and the liquidity is strong.Thirdly,the paper investigates the current situation of employees' incentive in F mining company,understands the satisfaction degree of grass-roots employees in the aspects of salary and welfare,assessment and promotion,training and education,working and living environment,andspiritual incentive,analyzes the survey results,and finds that employees are relatively most satisfied with salary and welfare,and are relatively least satisfied with assessment and promotion.From time to time,the problems in the above aspects are divided into 3-5 small points in each aspect,gradually progressive,one by one analysis of the problems and the causes,and targeted one by one in improving the salary and welfare system,improving performance appraisal,focusing on employee development,strengthening employee training,improving work and living environment,and focusing on spiritual motivation,which conforms to the truth of employees It is feasible to meet the actual needs of enterprises.Finally,the organization,system,capital and culture of the implementation of incentive measures are guaranteed to ensure the realization of the win-win situation of improving employee satisfaction and sustainable development of enterprises.
