This paper studies the construction of public health service system in rural pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia by means of literature research,field research and case analysis.The public health service in Inner Mongolia rural pastoral area is analyzed with reference to a lot of literature and field research.After research,it found that the Inner Mongolia is affected by several reasons,such as diversified geographical conditions,humanistic environment,unbalanced economic development,etc..There are great differences in the construction of public health service system in urban,rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia.Especially in pastoral area,the problems mainly focus on the supply is insufficient.And the requirements of the “To provide the basic medical and health system to the whole people as a public product” fail to be better ground,and the like,the problems that the quality and effect of the implementation are difficult to be improved,and the like.At the same time,this paper draws on the successful experience of the public health service system construction at home and abroad,and the empirical study on the implementation of the health "small medicine box project" in Inner Mongolia,and puts forward the ideas and methods for the construction of public health service system in rural pastoral areas: taking the With the aim of strengthening the construction of the public health service system in rural pastoral areas,it needs strengthen the main responsibilities of the government,improve the guarantee mechanism,personnel remuneration system,and financial subsidy assessment mechanism,and establish a public health service system which is suitable for the current situation in rural pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia.Meanwhile,it also will meet the growing medical and health needs of people in rural and pastoral areas and maintain ethnic unity and stability in the border areas.
