Study On Environmental Protection Measures Of Centralized Surface Water Source In Hebei Province

Water is the Source of life.The safety of drinking water sources and water quality directly determine people's using water security and social stability.Therefore,protection of water sources,improve water quality,become priorities of the environmental protection work.This study based on the research of drinking water assessment project and current situation of centralized surface drinking water source in Hebei Province.The evaluation index system of water resources environment was constructed,comprehensive assessment of water environment in Hebei province.This research is based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,through the analysis of the current situation and problems of the centralized surface drinking water in Hebei province,select 4 first level indicators and 16 second level indicators to build evaluation index system.The weight of index is determined by AHP,according to the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and the completion rate of the two indicators to determine the weight of the average water situation.Then use Gray Prediction to predict the water environment of 2016-2020.finally put forward the improvement measures of water source environment management.This study on the drinking water,water quality,environmental protection and evaluation of water status and water management district 4 aspects of supervision.Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and index completion rate weighted average shows that Hebei Province centralized surface water sources situation has been improved,but the problem of insufficient water supply is obvious;The problem of water quality in nitrogen exceed the standard,resulting in Lake and Reservoir water eutrophication;Protection Zone management changing better;Environmental regulation is relatively backward.The predict results showed that water quality was slightly decreased,and other indicators were promoted,The deterioration of water quality is due to the deterioration of eutrophication in 2014.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current water environment,the water environmental protection measures are proposed: To ensure water supply;strengthen the protection division and regulation area;to strengthen water risk management and emergency management system for water quality monitoring,and monitoring;improve relevant laws and regulations,the implementation of ecological compensation,water environment analysis and prediction as well as the propaganda education and public participation in the use of big data.This study only macroscopic evaluation for water environment,the lack of horizontal comparison of specific indicators and in-depth research around the city and the water,in the future research should focus on the study of the implementation of specific indicators and long-term follow-up study.
