Industrial Structure And Ecological Environment Research Of Hebei Province

Along with the development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,the requirement of the industrial structure of Hebei province is increasing.In the past few years,economic growth was relatively stable in Hebei Province,but the economic growth was mainly depended on extensive industry.These industries have the characteristics of high pollution,high consumption and low output,which not only resulted in a large consumption of resources,low utilization rate,but also brought very serious water pollution,air pollution and solid waste pollution,and ultimately increased the cost of economic development.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the relationship between the industrial structure and ecological environment in Hebei province.From the perspective of ecological environment,this paper analyzes the development status of industrial structure in Hebei Province,and provides policy recommendations for the coordinated development of industrial structure and environment in Hebei province.In this paper,the literature analysis,comparative analysis,structural analysis and econometric methods are used to analyze the industrial structure of Hebei Province in the perspective of ecological environment.Firstly,this paper analyzes the relationship between the current industrial structure,energy consumption of resources and energy consumption and environmental pollution in Hebei Province,in order to determine whether the industrial structure of Hebei province is reasonable.Then,through the structural analysis method,this paper analyses of the industrial structure and energy resource consumption of specific relationship.At the same time,with the usage of canonical correlation analysis and econometrics methods,this paper analyses of the relationship between industrial structure and environmental pollution in Hebei Province.Finally,this paper provides the relevant policy recommendations,which are about the transformation of the second industry,the adjustment of the three industries and environmental protectionThrough the analysis,we find that In terms of energy consumption,the adjustment of industrial structure in Hebei province can affect the energy consumption.In the aspect of water environment,the tertiary industry of Hebei Province has a positive impact,and the first and second industry has negative effects.What’s more,on the degree of influence,the second industry is far greater than the first industry.In terms of atmospheric pollutants,the third industry and the first industry of air pollutants in Hebei Province are positive,but the second industry has long-term negative impact.In addition,the influence degree of the second industry is larger than that of the first industry and the third industry.In the solid waste gas emissions,the first industry,the second industry and the third industry all have a negative impact on the amount of solid waste emissions in Hebei province.Meanwhile,the industrial industry of the second industry has a great influence on the ecological environment of Hebei province.Therefore,it is necessary to transform and upgrade the second industry,such as improving the level of technology,expanding the industrial chain or improving the overall output value.In addition,it is also necessary to enhance the traditional industries,in order to transfer the focus of industrial structure from the first or second industry to the third industry.At the same time,the traditional industries should be replaced by the strategic emerging industries,and industrial development should pay attention to the coordination of environmental protection,in order to achieve the results of ecological industrialization.
