Forewarning Model And APP Implementation Of Open Blasting Safety Management Based On Multi-stage Extension Theory

Open blasting technology is widely used,this technology in mining,water conservancy projects,high-rise renovation and many other projects play a pivotal role.However,the risk factors of opencast blasting are more complicated,and the safety awareness of opencast blasting is gradually improved.By selecting the appropriate method to identify the risk factors in the construction process,the safety of the open blasting process is weak.It is necessary to carry out early warning to take effective improvement measures.With the development of computer technology,computer aided design in the safety evaluation has also been more and more applications,people also developed a number of applications can be used in computer security evaluation software,the current social smart phone has become more popular.It is more convenient to use the APP software on a smartphone for security assessment early warning.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The open blasting process is divided into drilling unit,charge and block unit,network laying and connection unit,safety inspection and blasting warning unit,blasting stage unit,burst inspection unit and blasting equipment storage and transportation unit Conducted a hazard identification,and targeted to put forward security measures.(2)The system of explosion warning and safety system is established from the five systems of blasting construction scheme,safety management,safety technology and measures,explosion area environment and blasting equipment,and the various elements of each system are further elaborated.And then select the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the indicators.The establishment of the safety early warning index system provides the basis for the safety evaluation of open blasting.(3)Based on the developed early warning index system of open blasting,the extension theory and open blasting safety warning are combined to construct a multi-stage open blasting safety early warning model based on extension theory.Then,the early warning model of open blasting is applied to the example of opencast blasting in Jinfoshan water conservancy project.The results show that the early warning level of the open blasting is "mild warning".(4)In the Eclipse environment using the Java language developed for the Android system,open blasting safety early warning APP,APP from the main risk factors module,accident case module,safety training module and early warning level online evaluation module five module design.Then,the blasting example of Jinfoshan water conservancy project is applied in this APP software,and the warning level of this blasting project is "mild warning" level,which is consistent with the calculated result.
