With the developing of the society,coal mining plays an important role on the national economy,which attracted more attentions on personal and property security during the coal production process.As a coal superpower in the world,coal mining industry brings rich financial interests,however,numerous peril happened during the coal production,such as gas explosion,gas burst and so on.These caused serious damage on personal safety and property,in particular,the increased accident and the serious consequence.Therefore,the objective of the present study was to investigated on how to strengthen the early warning on coal and gas outburst,which has a great meaningful for the society.First of all,we introduced the current development situation of coal and gas outburst early warning and results of the existing extension dependent function.Additionally,the basic theories,theorems and construction methods of the certain type elementary dependent function in two nested intervals,two nested regions,three nested intervals,three nested region and the uncertain type elementary dependent function in two nested intervals,three nested intervals were systematic analyzed.Secondly,it has been proposed that the construction methods of uncertain type elementary dependent function whose discussion fields are negative infinite interval,uncertain type elementary dependent function whose discussion fields are positive infinite interval,uncertain type elementary dependent function in two nested regions and uncertain type elementary dependent function in three nested regions,gave the formulas of extension distance,extension place value and elementary dependent function,obtained and proved some theorems.Furthermore,coal and gas outburst early warning index system was selected,that introduced the basic theory of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the calculation formula of weights,on the basis of uncertain type elementary dependent function formula in three nested regions and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to established coal and gas outburst extension early warning model,as well as which provides fully steps of model application.Lastly,the established extension early warning model was used to calculated the comprehensive association degree of coal and gas outburst early warning in Si Laogou mine,the results showed that there is a light warning in the early warning level of coal and gas outburst in this mine.In conclusion,through all the research results,not only provides further develop the construction methods of extension dependent function,but also established the early warning model,which has great reference value for the prevention of coal and gas outburst disaster accidents in mine.
