This thesis mainly aim at plasticizer in plastic food packaging migtation to the food simulations,getting the regulation of the plasticizers migrating to the food,as well as influence factors,providing scientific basis and decision-making reference for quality monitoring and supervision of plasticizers in food packaging.Using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with ultrasonic pretreatment,detect and analyze the plasticizers in food bags for common commercial,the results showed that the detection rate of two kinds of plasticizer,DBP and DEHP is as high as 100%,only one of these food packaging bags was not detected with DIBP.The amount of DIBP,DBP and DEHP in packaging materials were 0.5?17.784 mg/kg,0.01?12.343 mg/kg,12.343?42.324 mg/kg.The detection rate of three kinds of plasticizers were 88.24%,88.24%and 76.47%respectively in food.Through testing results of plasticizer in market food packaging bags,choose the most prone to four kinds of food simulation,which were 10%salt solution,3%acetic acid,10%ethanol and n-hexane.Research at 25? and 40? environment,five adding amount of DBP,DIBP and DEHP to four kinds of food to simulation migration patterns.Experiments show that the amount of the three kinds of plasticizers migration to simulation is n-hexane>10%ethanol>3%>10%acetate salt.The amount of migration is influnenced by the nature of migrations,the type of simulations,migration content and temperature at different degrees.The migration quantity of three kinds of plasticizers to different simulations is DBP>DIBP>DEHP.Different temperature has a great influence on the rate of plasticizer migration,the higher the temperature the greater migration rate is.With the increase of temperature,the migration amount increases at the same time.The research of the relationship migration between the amount of addition and migration is that the migration increase with the adding amount in the term of a first-order linearity,R2 above 0.96.Summary factors of temperature,the migration,adding amount and simulation,the migration,by considering the relationship of adding amount and the migration,The security add amount of DIBP and DBP is 5.8%?10%,and 0.16?0.3%,for DEHP,packaging fatty food,when adding amount must not exceed 0.2%,and when packaging the other water simulation,must not exceed 2.5%,the amount of migration does not exceed the standards of the migration limit.Using the Origin software,the experimental data were fitted by Fick's second law evolution model,R2 was above 0.9,and the fitting was significant.The values of the parameters ? and D of the three kinds of plasticizers were obtained in the range of 10-7,10-6,10-5,10-4,A increases with the increase of organic matter concentration,and ? is the parameter related to the partition coefficient,which is consistent with the theory.At the same time,the range of Weibull model parameters ? and ? is determined.For the packaged food,the fitting range of the three plasticizer parameters ? is in the range of 0.6?1.4,and the parameter ? is between 0.5 and 3.4,Fat food migration parameters and water-based food gap between in the range of 0.13 to 0.5,the parameter ? between 0.02 to 0.5.And found that Weibull fitting results are better than Fick's second law,but the actual meaning of each parameter needs further discussion.
