A Research On The Problems In The Management Of Municipal Solid Waste Disposal In Qingyuan

Cleaning and transportation of municipal solid waste(MSW)is one of the necessary guarantees of urban life and the focus of urban management.It is closely related to the production,life and appearance of residents.At present,the pace of urbanization in China is faster and faster.Compared with the past,people's living standards have been greatly improved.However,the urban domestic refuse production is also increasing.The phenomenon of "garbage siege" is emerging.The mismatch between the traditional management mode and the output of municipal solid waste(MSW)has greatly hindered the development of urban management,restricted the pace of urbanization,and brought great challenges to the realization of sustainable development.How to manage municipal solid waste effectively has become the focus of attention from all walks of life.In recent years,with the opening of Qingyuan station of Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway and the successful completion of Guangqing high-speed(Guangzhou-Qingyuan)expansion project,Qingyuan has ushered in a new wave of development.As the "back garden of the Pearl River Delta",Qingyuan actively expands the new urban area,speeds up the pace of urbanization and urban life.Garbage production is also increasing,garbage cleaning and cleaning become a major problem facing the government.At present,problems such as inadequate management of Qingyuan municipal solid waste clearing and transportation,backward equipment and facilities coexist.These problems show that the government still has shortcomings in providing public services,and need further improvement and improvement.The research in this paper is generally divided into four parts.The first part introduces the management of municipal solid waste(MSW),including the main concepts and elements of MSW and MSW management.In addition,the theoretical basis involved in the paper is analyzed,including sustainable development theory,public governance theory and new public service theory.The second part introduces the basic situation of Qingyuan municipal solid waste clearing and transportation management,and introduces some achievements of Qingyuan from the three dimensions of the main body,object and management means.The third part discusses the problems and causes of Qingyuan Municipal Solid Waste Cleaning and Transportation Management,which are also analyzed from the main body,object and means of management.The fourth part puts forward tentative measures to improve the existing problems.In order to solve the existing problems step by step and improve the management level of Qingyuan municipal solid waste(MSW),it is proposed to carry out the responsibility of the government,speed up the industrialization process of MSW clearing and transportation management objects,and enrich the management means of MSW clearing and transportation from the legal,administrative and economic aspects.
