With the continuous development of modern textile technology and people's demand for life,the comfort and functionality of clothing are increasingly valued by consumers.Especially in the purchase of summer clothing,it is more and more popular and popular to wear functional clothing that feels cool,breathable,comfortable and non-stick.Ordinary polyester(polyester fiber)fabrics are widely used in the production of various types of garments because of their good elasticity,crisp wrinkle resistance,good shape retention,and excellent washability and durability.However,due to the poor hygroscopicity of the polyester fiber itself,it has the disadvantages of being sultry and sticky,easily generating static electricity,adsorbing dust and close to the body,and having poor comfort.Therefore,the performance improvement of ordinary polyester has become a development trend,and the modified polyester fiber of honeycomb microporous structure has become one of the research hotspots in the textile new material industry in recent years.Honeycomb microporous modified polyester is a new type of functional fiber.The fabric made of it has excellent moisture wicking,breathability,wrinkle elasticity,low static electricity and comfortable wearing.In this paper,the functionality of microporous modified polyester and the development of its trousers fabric are selected as research directions.The patented materials of “microporous polyester fiber” and “polyester-based conductive fiber” independently developed by China Textile Academey,and the two materials are blended with wool fiber,then fiber dyeing and siro-compact spinning Weaving process processing,combined with cleaning,shearing,tank steaming and other finishing technology,developed into microporous polyester,wool blended fabric.The microporous polyester and wool blended fabrics finally developed have the functions of moisture absorption,quick drying,anti-ultraviolet,anti-pilling,antistatic and other fabrics,and the characteristics of "cotton","hairy" and "hemp" are achieved.Summer casual trousers fabrics take technical specifications.The research results of this thesis provide a theoretical basis for the study of the performance of microporous modified polyester,and have guiding significance for the development and application of related products.
