The Research And Development Of Weft Knitted Shaping Women Swimwear

With the popularity of water sports,young women are increasingly demanding the fashion of swimwear,and swimwear has a tendency to wear and fashion.At the same time,the computerized flat knitting machine technology has developed rapidly,and it can produce more fashionable and beautiful knitted garments.Through the summary and experimental research on the current situation of swimsuit design and computerized flat knitting machine,this paper designs and develops a series of swimsuit products according to the needs of young female consumers.The main research steps are as follows:(1)Through literature research The development trend and design elements of swimsuits were analyzed,and the current situation of computerized flat knitting machine products was studied.(2)Through the questionnaire survey method,the consumer's favorite style,color matching,design style and dissatisfaction factors are analyzed,which provides reference and design ideas for swimsuit design.(3)Through the experimental research method,the performance test of 10 kinds of tissue structure samples was carried out,and the yarns and the structure with excellent performance were selected.(4)According to the trend forecast of WGSN2019/20 autumn and winter,several design elements were selected,and a series of knitted double-sided jacquard swimsuits were designed in combination with the design theme of this subject.(5)Based on the forming process and technology of knitting double-sided jacquard,through the innovation of yarn,pattern and organization structure,the design and development of knitted forming swimsuit are realized.(6)Through the subjective evaluation experiment,the rationality of the appearance and layout design of the swimsuit was tested,and the design scheme of the series products was further optimized.The research results of this paper have a high practical guiding significance for the appearance and layout design of knittedgarments.
