Phospholipids are not only one of the basic substance of life,but also the important nutrients of the human body.It is widely used in food and pharmaceutical industries and has high research value.In this paper,we research and analysis dulk yolk phospholipids and refining process,we can get the following conclusions.1?As the temperature increased,the solubility values of phosphatidylcholine in methanol,isopropanol,n-butanol,cyclohexane,hexane,chloroform,acetone,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,DMF,benzene,n-pentane,ethanol-water((p=0.20),ethanol-water(?=0.40),ethanol-water(?=0.60),ethanol-water(?=0.80)and ethanol are increased.Two parameters equation and three paremeters equation are used to fit the solubility data,the results showed that three paremeters equation was more suitable than two parameters equation.The dissolution process was endothermic and entropy-driven.Furthermore,the Gibbs free energy decreased with the increase in temperature.2?We research the influence of various factors on the alumina column chromatography dynamic adsorption and get the preferred process conditions:100%methanol was used as mobile phase and eluting phase,sample concentration was 100mg/mL,the columnar sample was ?2×20,the aluminum mesh was 100?200.Wherein,the recovery rate of PC was 90.02%,the purity of PC was 91.52%.3?The static adsorption results showed that the adsorption behavior of alumina adsorbed phosphatidyl ethanolamine in egg yolk phospholipids/methanol solution meet second-order kinetic model,the adsorption rate was mainly controlled by molecular internal diffusion,but it was not the only controlling factor.Isothermal adsorption process more meet Langmuir equation,the adsorption process was exothermic process droved by entropy and entropy increased spontaneous process.4?Using the simple and rapid methods to measure the main quality indicators of phosphatidylcholine.We can get the conclusions of that acetone residues is 5.2mg/kg,ether insoluble content is 0.16%,acetone insoluble content is 98.10%,moisture content is 1.07%,acid value is 23.25mgKOH/g,iodine value is 72.19.
