Because of the fancy yarn can satisfy people's various pursuit to the clothing style,it's market share accounted for the proportion become bigger and bigger.Slub yarn is one of the fancy yarn,the alternation of slub and base yarn section can be used on the knitting fabric produce concave and convex stereoscopic or hollow texture feeling;Application on the woven fabric can produce special lines,Not only meet the requirements of the flower patter,but also increased people's choices of home textile and decorative aspects.But now the slub yarn production from the base yarn part to the slub part transition is relatively rapid,there is no natural slow transition,the breaking point strength will be reduce,affect later weaving.And it's hard to control slub roughness or length,the base yarn length,and fixing the slub yarn accurate wrapped laps through hollow ingot.Analyzing the reasons,it's caused by control accuracy is not high.To solving these problem,This project on the basis of control system which has been successfully developed by tutor,to research and develop a F/V converter device which can improve the precision of the control system,The error analysis that the accuracy of transition length,base yarn length and wrapped lap between theory and practical is given by using the F/V converter before and after,Solving the problem caused from the unevenness of yarn tension when spinning Positioning covered yarn and give the result of yarn strength etc index test.This paper introduce slub yarn production equipment and control system for the experiment firstly,Then describe factors which affect the accuracy of all parameters of slub yarn from principle of slub yarn production aspect,leading to research and develop F/V converter ancillary equipment to improve the control accuracy,then complete the auxiliary equipment and relevant test and it's application.LM331 chip is used in F/V converter,the controller output 0 to 10 KHz frequency will be convert into 0 to 10 V voltage to control frequency converter operation,Then speed changes about all moving parts of hollow spindle spinning machine is controlled by inverter.The 0 to 10 v voltage is divided into 3750 portions after the application of this device relative to 255 portions previously,the voltage variation caused by every data variation is obvious subdivided,the accuracy of the controller is greatly improved.So hollow ingot,roller and other moving parts of fancy spinning machine speed will be more accurate controlled.After the F/V converter device is used in spinning slub yarn,when control he length of transition section,the same voltage difference will be divided more portions,under the precondition about each portion running time is same,the transition length will be increased;In control base yarn section length,roller linear velocity can be accurately control,so it will be more accurate to produce slub yarn when a base yarn length is given;In control positioning located slub yarn's wrapped laps,there are two methods on wrapped laps controlling,One is the hollow spindle rotation speed is constant,change the output roller speed,slow speed when wrapped,fast speed when not;The other is hollow spindle rotation speed is variable,when wrapped position appeared,the hollow spindle rotation speed is accelerated,the roller speed slow,when wrapped finished,the hollow spindle speed will become slow,the roller speed will fast.Using the second way in order to compare the wrapped laps accuracy easily,a conclusion is came that the error will be smaller when using F/N converter by comparing and analyzing the result.More precision requirements new type fancy yarn will be develop and it's market competitiveness will be greatly improved due to the application of F/V converter device.27 figures,21 tables,72 reference literatures.
