A kind of new thought of spinning method is proposed in this paper. It base on the cotton Sirofil spinning technical foundation and combine the spinning technique of slub yarn, carrying out the spinning of the Sirofil-slub composite yarn through carrying on an appropriate alteration on some spinning parts of the ring spinning frame, and adding a set of digital slub yarn control device. This paper got in the conclusion of each properties and index of the Sirofil-slub composite yarn is superior to the common slub yarn through the contrast of the properties and indexes of the Sirofil-slub composite yarn and the common slub yarn, and discussed the relation between the structure and properties of the Sirofil-slub composite yarn in this foundation.The spinning process is influenced by various kinds of factors and forms a dynamic equilibrium. Through selected five technique factors of Sirofil spinning such as the space between single yarn and filament, filament pre-tension, weight of traveler, twist of the yarn and speed of spindle, and selected three basic characteristic parameters of slub yarn such as slub length, the space between two slub, slub multiple which have influence of the composite yarn as research objects, We researched the impacts on the spinning process and performance of the yarn of various factors among them thoroughly.This paper mainly analyzed its intensity, elongation and hairiness, which lay the theories foundation for production.In the paper, it selected three main factors such as the space between single yarn and filament, filament pre-tension and the twist of the yarn as research objects which put an important effect on properties of the Sirofil yarn, and did the three factors and the three levels Orthogonal combination experiment, carried on a comprehensive investigation, best spinning craft parameters were optimized, this had the certain theories and actual reference value.
