Polyamide fine denier draw textured yarn(DTY)has been used as high-grade textile fabrics due to its unique texture and property.So it has been used broadly in knitting,weaving and some other fields.Fine denier fiber can eause some quality problems easily,such as high rate staining when initial dyeing,poor levelness,not easy to dye the dark and low color fastness due to its relatively large surface area.The type and production of fine denier fiber has increased constantly.But it often has some problems,such as "the mark","rung" etc.which is 95%of the customers’complaints.So how to improve fine denier fiber dyeing performance is a critical issue for technical technologist and engineer.On the basis of dyeing mechanism,this paper analyzed the influence factors of nylon 6 fiber structure and thermal stability based on fiber chemical stability,the structure of the fiber,the auxiliary production conditions and weaving heat setting.It studied the moisture content of section,the content of amino,the thermal stability,the POY elongation irregularity,oil concentration,equilibrium time and the processing technology of DTY and environment.This paper defined POY unevenness rate eould be less than 1%in the optimized conditions,the full volume rate is 98%;meanwhile improves the levelness of fine denier DTY,dyeing rate of A can reach 90.6%,improves the intrinsic quality and the dyeing uniformity of the fine nylon 6 fiber noticeably after comprehensive analysis.The optimization of conditions include:the moisture content of section rate should be in the range of 250~350ppm,the amino content is 46mmol/kg;the irregularity elongation scope of the fine denier nylon POY is less than 2.5%,oil concentration is 6%,balance time is about 16 hours.In the Meanwhile,the temperature and humidity condition of DTY technique should be stabilized.In conclusion,this paper provides experience and theoretical basis for the company to develop the differentiation of polyamide fiber.
