Aiming at one conventional liquid propellant-nitrogen tetroxide(N2O4)pollution problem in the formation of volatile in the filling and transfer process in the launch site,based on the extensive literature research,this paper designs method to deal with the high concentration of nitrogen tetroxide waste gas suitable for field application,namely two-stage H2O2 dilute nitric acid solution absorption and single stage KOH absorption solution scheme.According to the design scheme,it studies the effect which the initial H2O2 concentration,initial nitric acid concentration,initial KOH concentration,acid absorption liquid and alkali absorption liquid total volume and other factors on the absorption,and it also determines the optimum process of nitrogen tetroxide waste gas treatment during the filling and transfer process in launch site.On this basis,it designs absorption towers,buffer tanks,detector,display control instruments,automatic control devices and data processing software used in real process,realizing automatic operation of the treatment system.After amplification experiment and applying to the real process,it reaches the actual effect of nitrogen tetroxide removal rate ? 99.9%,exhaust gas concentration lower than 100 mg/m3,while trace nitrite in absorption liquid reaches the standard and the absorption process does not have secondary pollution.
