In view of the rapid development of mobile internet,this paper has designed a condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of mine hoist based on mobile internet which could be used on smart phones and so on.This system could help coal mine workers know the state of mine operation and other functional experiences whenever and wherever.This paper firstly makes a summary of the dynamic research on the condition monitoring of mine hoist and other equipments at home and abroad.And Support Vector Machine(SVM)fault diagnosis technology is also summarized and the relevant problems are also discussed.Secondly,this paper also describes the technologies which are adopted in the system development process:HTML5,jQuery Mobile Framework,SQL Server 2008,Microsoft Access and SVM.Next,the overall system design before system development is given,including the design principles,architectural design,functional structure design,system service principle,the selection of system development platform and the server configuration design and so on.Among them,the functional structure design is also made detailed discussion,including the realization theories of the contents and functions about equipment data module,equipment monitoring module,fault alarm module,data query module,equipment diagnosis module,self learning module and interaction module.Lastly,the system development process is also made to describe detailedly.And the interfaces realization effect of system has been also made to test;the field test has been made after this system was developed complete successfully.From above,the main content of this paper is the functional structure design.And among those modules,equipment monitoring module,data query module and equipment diagnosis module are the researching focus in this paper and also have been regarded as the main targets in field test.This system has been made field test in a Shanxi Province's coal mine.The result confirmed that this system could basically meet the requirements of mine production.And this system has been putted into practical application in the first halt of 2014,and up to now,it is going well.The innovation points of this paper are divided into two parts:developing this system based on smart-phones firstly to realize mine hoist condition monitoring and fault diagnosis and other function.And the development principles,methods,and technologies are universal and suitable for other mechanical equipments condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
