Olefin oxidation products have important applications in the fields of pharmaceutical, plastics, fragrances, food preservatives,bio-pesticides,etc.Transition metal complexes are a kind of efficient catalysts for the non-functionalized olefin epoxidation reaction. However,it is difficult to separate the catalysts from the products and to reuse the catalysts. In recent years, the transition metal complexes are immobilized on or included in inorganic or organic supports for the preparation of heterogeneous catalysts, which have attracted widespread attention. In this study, through the one-step and multi-step methods, several fiber-supported metal complexes are synthesized,in which N atoms are the main coordination atoms and copper and manganese are the central atoms. Moreover, the fiber-supported ligands and metal complexes are confirmed by the characterization methods of elemental analysis,IR,NMR,SEM,XPS,etc. The catalytic performances of the fiber-supported copper and manganese metal complexes for oxidation of olefins are studied, and with the styrene epoxidation reaction as a probe, the different reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of catalyst and recycling number are investigated in detail.A preliminary study on the catalytic performance of fiber-supported palladium metal complexes for Heck coupling reaction is also carried out. |
