Vertical rescue which appears in recent years is a new type of rescue mode.After the accident in coal mine,the channel on the ground is got through directly to trapped miners underground,and the rescue capsule is delegated to the underground for miners to get in.Then rescue module is lifted to the ground by lifting equipment,and the rescue is completed.At present,simple electric motor or hydraulic motor is used to drive roller for lifting and lowering the rescuing cabin in most rescue systems.The control method is simple,but the speed is not stable and the degree of automation is low.Without good communication and monitoring system,the rescue workers can not accurately grasp the velocity and depth of rescue capsule and the condition of trapped miner sin the capsule.This can easily cause second damage of miners during lifting process,and greatly reduce the rescue safety.To solve the above problems,a new type electronic control and monitoring communication system of vertical rescue equipment based on the particularity of the rescue environment was designed in this paper.This system took the PLC S7-300as the control core,and was equipped with the corresponding monitoring equipment and communication equipment,which could realize the real-time monitoring of the system operation parameters and the underground state in the control of vertical rescue lifting equipment lifting stability.In addition,real-time audio intercom to ground could be made on the underground through communication equipment in the rescue capsule.Electric control system adopted double PLC dual-redundant design scheme.Under normal circumstances,main auxiliary mode was operated,master PLC was used to control the operation of lifting system,auxiliary PLC was used to monitor the data of main PLC,and the auxiliary control PLC centralized control when the fault occurs on main PLC.PLC adjusted the running speed of the equipment by the frequency conversion vector control mode,and collected the speed information and position information of the rescue capsule by the encoder installed on sheave wheel.In addition,the system used the relay and PLC hard and soft to carry out security protection.If equipment broke down in the operation,the system could timely carry out sound and light alarm and safety brake.As the host computer of the monitoring system,the IPC communicate with PLC via MPI protocol.The human-computer interface developed by MCGS configuration software could display the speed information,location information,alert information and other equipment status of rescue cabin in real time.As while it could set depth of the vertical channel,protection coefficient and other information.Based on the communication software,the communication system could transmit audio signal and gas parameters of the rescue capsule to the display screen on the ground through slip ring and the wire rope with central cable.In this paper,the vertical rescue lifting equipment adopted a dual-redundant control system with double PLC,and equipped with the corresponding monitoring equipment and communication equipment,then the rescue capsule had the characteristics of reliable operation,stable speed regulation and high safety.As while,the rescue process could be monitored in real time,and the safety of the rescue was improved.The experiment showed that the system was safe and reliable,which provided a new direction and foundation for the future mine rescue.
