Nano inkjet plate-making technology is a new CTP(Computer to Plate)technology.This kind of CTP output the information after separation,RIP(Raster Image Processor)and imposition to the plate by inkjet printing method without developing,fixing,washing and other cumbersome process and this plate can be used for printing just by direct heating curing.So,it not only reduces the cost of supplies,but also is environment-friendly without any pollution,and it is called a green plate-making technology in the true sense.But before its marketability and industrialization promotion,it lacks evaluation and optimization specifically for inkjet plate-making system in order to keep the print quality stable during the actual printing production process.According to the characteristics of nano inkjet plate-making technology,this article aimed to optimize the system and address quality issues in systems integration from the view of the printing plate and printing quality,in order to ensure printing quality,thus promoting marketization and industrialization of the inkjet plate-making system.First,we basically introduced the nano inkjet plate-making technology and equipment,and theoretically analyzed the basic control principle of this technology.Then,after scientifically and reasonably determined the key factors and indicators affect the printing plate quality,we designed test file and a series of related experiments specifically for inkjet plate-making technology to evaluate the system.Finally,we designed optimized experiment,and ultimately for different market requirements,proposed optimized printing system solutions.According to the evaluation results from macroscopic printing and plate test to microscopic evaluation,combined with previous theoretical analyses,we carried out optimized and comparative experiments,then proposed nano inkjet plate-making system optimization strategies,forming a good practical application system optimization solutions.The results show that the hybrid screen dot because of the random scatter around AM screen dot,not only reduces the human visual sensitivity,greatly reducing the chances of the non-uniform stripes,and in some ways break the horizontal line frequency of each PASS output,thereby reducing the chance of interference fringes occur,and increasing the printing plate and the image quality;While the random print mode periodically breaks the horizontal line frequency of each PASS,spreading out the deviation of dot placement locations,reducing its visual sensitivity,and thus significantly improve the printing plates and printing images quality.
