The current production speed of domestic digital inkjet printing machines is generally low,which makes it difficult to meet the industrial requirements of digital inkjet printing patterns.On the basis of guaranteeing the image precision,improving the printing speed of digital inkjet printing machines has become the focus of recent research on inkjet printing industry,and has a great theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the school-enterprise cooperative project,this thesis investigated the key factors affecting the printing speed,and put forward a design proposal regard to the FPGA control system.With regard to the existing system,the improvements of printing control and motion control were made.The buffer mode of system data and the control mode of movement mechanism were designed.First of all,through the research on the printing control system in the printing machine,this paper designed the arrangement of print head,the processing system of image data,and printing patterns of the printer.The one-way printing areas were enlarged by adjusting the arrangement of print head;the data handling capacity of the system was enhanced by using the double buffer mode;the needs of various textiles were met with three kinds of printing patterns.Secondly,based on analyzing the motion characteristics of spraying car and cloth feeding mechanism,the motion control system was designed.In terms of speed requirements of the spraying car,the spraying car's motion control curve and its acceleration and deceleration control method were designed.The PID control of servo system was used to ensure the stability of the moving speed.In terms of the positioning requirement of the cloth feeding mechanism,the subdivision control and its acceleration and deceleration control were designed,and the precision control of the spraying position was achieved.The grating four frequency multiplication subdivision circuits were designed,and the grating measuring module was used to detect the nozzle's position,which ensured the precision of the nozzle's printing position.Finally,the experimental prototype was installed and debugged,and its print head status and printing position deviation were also calibrated.The design printing speed was verified by the printing control software.The actual printing speed of the experimental prototype was tested in three kinds ofprinting modes.The test and analysis of the printing effect of the image were carried out,and the printing performance of the experimental prototype was detected.
