Compare with single tower for desulphurization and denitrification process,the twin towers tandem biological method of desulphurization and denitrification process at the same time can improve the efficiency of denitrification.However,in the operating processs,the pH will get lower and influence the growth environment of the microorganisms in the biological membrane tower,that can reduce the removal rate of follow-up process.It is very necessary for us to treating of circulating fluid in the process of microbiological flue gases desulphurization and denitrification.Combine the waste gas desulphurization and denitrification with the circulating fluid desulphurization and denitrification can improve the pH,reduce the concentration SO42-and NO3-in the circulating fluid,provide a better growth environment for microorganisms in the desulphurization and denitrification system and maintain stable removal rate,reduce the by-products and the secondary pollutants.This paper aim to research the combine technology of HABR-BAF,to treating the circulating fluid produced in the simultaneous desulphurization and denitrification in series microbial tower.By changing the order of desulphurization and denitrification,and changing the influencing parameters,to acquire the best experiment condition.The main experiment results are as follows:(1)The experimental results of process combination:First,put the circulating fluid of desulphurization tower in the HABR,put the circulating fluid of denitrification in BAF.the removal rate of NO3-can reach 98%,either of them.Then mix the circulating fluid of desulphurization and denitrification tower together and put them in HABR and BAF device respectively.The removal rate of SO42-in BAF can reach 47%,The removal rate of SO42-in HABR can reach 12%.So choice the mode of getting the circulating fluid together and react in the BAF first and then react in the HABR.(2)The conclusion of study on influencing factors of combined process:Through the investigating pH?C/N?T?DO had caused the influence of BAF,the best parameters are:pH=6,C/N=10,T=28?,DO=2mg/L.The removal rate of SO42-can reach 54%,the removal rate of NO3-can reach 99%.And investigating pH?C/S?T had caused the influence of HABR,the best parameters are:pH=6,C/S=3,T=32?.The removal rate of remanent SO42-can reach 79%,the removal rate of remanent NO3-can reach 99%.The mixed circulating fluid through the react in the BAF first,then react in HABR,the total removal efficiency of SO42-can reach 86%,NO3-can reach 99%.
