Research On Environmental Risk Of Hydropower Project

As an important infrastructure and the main mode of power generation and flood control methods,hydropower is one kind of green new energy,hydropower station is one kind of flood control key facilities,hydropower station has a vital role in economic development,social stability and national security,and it contributes to advancing the urbanization and modernization,the advancement of modernization.However,there are many risks in the development of hydropower projects,the environmental risk of hydropower projects is the most extensive,which is the most likely to cause huge losses and intensification,and may even stimulate catastrophic events with serious negative effects.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of project management and environmental risk assessment of hydropower projects,summarizes the basic situation of environmental risk of hydropower projects,and points out the existing problems.And then combined with the actual project from the geological risk,aquatic environment damage,terrestrial environmental damage risk,climate change risk,social environmental risk,construction risk,six major aspects of 20 assessment indicators on the LY hydropower project environmental risk comprehensive risk assessment.The evaluation process is mainly using the analytic hierarchy process,expert survey method to obtain the weight of each index,and then use the comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the LY hydropower project evaluation results.Finally,the paper puts forward the suggestions on the risk disposal of hydropower projects for LY hydropower project and puts forward the general suggestions for environmental risk disposal of hydropower projects.And strive to explore a reasonable and effective assessment of the management approach,for the construction of enterprises to provide a reference project practice.
