As for the domestic economic development, chemical industrial parks contribute a lot. But they bring complicated environmental problems at the same time. The enterprises in chemical industrial park are intensive, many hazardous materials are used in manufacturing process and production technique is always intricate so that their environmental risk should be assessed. By means of the environmental risk assessment index method, this thesis assessed the environmental risk in Dalian Songmudao industrial park. The specific research contents are as follows:(1) After considering risk sources, control mechanism, receptors and business administration level in environmental risk system, the integrated assessment index system which includes dangerous materials risk N, manufacturing technique risk G, equipment and facility risk E, enterprise management M and plant location B were chosen to assess the integrated environmental risk of chemical industrial parks.(2) Aiming at making the assessment method accurate and reasonable, combination weighting approach which assembles entropy weight and analytic hierarchy process together was used. Objective weights were got with entropy weight method. Subjective weights were got by means of analytic hierarchy process after building hierarchical structure. In order to eliminate the errors to the maximum extent, the comprehensive weights were got by adding objective weights and subjective weights together.(3) Taking Dalian Songmudao chemical industrial park as an example. The weighted sum was the final comprehensive environmental risk indexes of all enterprises in the chemical industrial park. There is one company in the highest risk level, two companies in the second risk level and nineteen companies in the third risk level, separately accounting for the proportion of4.54%,9.1%and86.36%. No.1enterprise should be regulated most strongly because of its highest level of environmental risk. No.8and No.17companies should be mainly managed due to their second level of environmental risk. The rest should be examined and supervised regularly.(4) Based on the evaluation results, for enterprises in different environmental risk levels, the environmental risk management suggestions were put forward accordingly. The results can offer references in the process of environmental management and support the design makers.
