| In our country every year hundreds of millions of tons of copper tailing in beneficiation process waste will be generated,but copper tailing utilization rate is not high.Concrete as the most widely used in the field of building construction materials,copper tailing concrete has the possibility of implementation and certain economic benefits.In this article,through the collected in XinPing County in yuxi,yunnan province big hongshan tail copper ore powder,grinding fine tail copper ore powder as mineral admixtures on the mechanical properties of mortar,cement mortar made a standard curing conditions test samples.Will not grind fine copper tail mineral powder as a micro concrete aggregate conducted a series of experiments,making the standard curing,natural curing under the conditions of test samples.For 0%,5%,10%,15%,20%,30%,40%,50%blend ratio of cement mortar compressive properties,flexural performance,crack resistance was tested.For 0%,10%,20%copper ores replace rate of compressive and tensile properties of the concrete were tested,the micro structure of concrete samples at the same time.Findings:(1)Single mixing of less than 10%of the grinding fine tail copper ores,cement mortar or equivalent mechanical performance is better than the benchmark samples,when the content is gradually rising,the mechanical properties of cement mortar is on the decline.The crack resistance of cement mortar with increasing dosage and improve,decline with age increasing.(2)For copper tail mineral powder concrete water cement ratio of 0.45,its compressive strength,tensile strength,inferior to reference sample.When water-cement ratio gradually rise,the copper tail mineral powder on the mechanical behavior of concrete influence gradually transformed into a positive effect.Water cement ratio 0.35 of the tail copper ores in the concrete compressive strength,tensile strength and a benchmark samples,water cement ratio of 0.27 tail copper ores in compressive strength and compressive strength of concrete is superior to the reference sample.(3)By scanning electron microscopy(sem)found that when water cement ratio from 0.45 to 0.35 and 0.27,copper tail mineral powder as the filling effect of micro aggregate gradually become apparent,the change of micro structure on the properties of macroscopic changes explains.Finally through a series of experiment and test results,the author of this paper concludes the water cement ratio of 0.35 and 0.27 tail copper ores in concrete,its mechanical performance is not worse than ordinary concrete,and better economic benefit. |
