Insulation materials are the important safety protection materials for motors,transformers,rail transportations,aerospaces,new energy vehicles etc.The technologies of insulation materials affects the stability and safety of the electric equipment.Being the first domestic high-tech enterprise that's broken monopolies of DuPont in aramid insulation paper,X-Fiper is facing great pressures in the market.Therefore,it is urgent to make and implement effective marketing strategies,thereby improving its competitiveness in the market.This dissertation firstly analyzes the main problems of marketing in X-Fiper,pointing out that the X-Fiper company,as an innovation-driven enterprise,must make effective marketing strategies.Under this background,this dissertation introduces the PEST method in Macro-environments analysis,and Potter five forces model,SWOT analysis method in Micro-environments analysis.Correspondingly,the dissertation finds out the key factors such as the opportunities and threats,strengths and weaknesses that X-Fiper facing,which provides strong support in the argument for the company to make effective marketing strategies.At the same time,in order to help make effective marketing strategies,the dissertation introduces the classical STP theories? 4P theories? relationship marketing theory and thus provides a strong theoretical basis for the company to make marketing strategies.At the completion of the STP marketing strategy analysis and selection,according to the actual market situation of X-Fiper,the author makes effective and practical strategies for products,price,channel,promotion and relationship marketing.Finally,the dissertation summarizes the establishment of marketing information systems and human resources security mechanisms to ensure that the relevant marketing strategy can be implemented effectively.
