With the gradual deepening of the construction of ecological civilization in China,as a major source of water conservation and biodiversity protection,the nature reserve attracts more and more attention.However,the contradiction between the conservation and use of natural resources has always obstructed the economic development of protected areas.Finding the way to build and maintain the equilibrium between the ecological protection and economic development in protected areas is an effective approach to solve this contraction.Beginning with description of the relationships between community coordinated development and the effectiveness of management in the protected area,this study selects the community of Huize Black-necked Crane National Nature Reserve as the research object.It explores,based on the clear definition of the interest preferences of the principal stakeholders as well as the characters of the interactions among them,how to achieve the harmonious development between the ecological protection and community coordinated development through the approach of institutional improvement and interest equilibrium.Under the guidance of the theory of stakeholders,relying on the data obtained from the surveys,questionnaires and second-hand information collection,It analyzes the different interest preferences of the stakeholders in the protected areas,the conflicts between different interest requirements,as well as the interactions among them.In terms of the different interest preferences of various stakeholders in the protected area and the characters of the interactions among them,it puts some proposals helpful to alleviate conflicts between different interest preferences.These proposals can contribute to the ecological protection and economic development in the protected area.
