Green environmental protection,high efficiency,low energy consumption and short process have always been the development goals and direction of the textile processing industry.In the cotton fabric processing industry,many new technological processes have emerged.Such as using biological enzyme technology to replace the traditional stone washed jeans,ultrasonic and ultraviolet technology application in pretreatment of cotton fabric,rapid scouring and bleaching process at high temperature and high pressure,cotton knitted fabric by composite biological enzyme in low temperature pretreatment,the development and application of environmental friendly additives,plant dyes development and application etc..So far,more research has been done on the pretreatment of cotton fabric at low temperature,and in the short process process,but the process of high efficiency,green and low energy consumption is still urgent to be developed.Under the requirements of construction for green industry by "13th Five-Year plan",it is of great significance to study and develop an efficient,green and short process pretreatment process of biological enzyme.In this paper,on the basis of acidic pectinase,adding cellulase,xylanase and collocation of surfactant into a new biological enzyme catalytic system,the treatment effect is also studied in the catalytic system of cotton fabric refining on the stability of the enzyme system and its activity and the optimal conditions were discussed,and also the treatment effect of catalytic system on cotton fabric refining was studied,then the stability of biological enzyme system and the optimal condition of its activity were discussed.The results of the experiment are as follows:the ratio of the compound concentration of pectinase,cellulase and xylanase was 1.5:1:1.The optimum technological conditions for the continuous and rapid scouring of biological enzymes process are as follows:water pretreatment(wetting)at 50 ?,bath ratio 1:20,the temperature of the catalytic system at 70?,pH 5.5,JFC 1g/L,10 times of continuous padding.The results show that:scouring of cotton fabric with a compound biologic enzyme catalysis system,using biological enzyme continuous rapid scouring process,not only can achieve the traditional alkali scouring capillary effect and whiteness,but also can greatly reduce the strength loss of cotton fabric after processing,and greatly shorten the scouring time,finally make the fabric a soft handle and fluffy quality.The enzyme activity of pectinase and cellulase was tested,and the effects of temperature,pH,standing time,tap water and high temperature on the enzyme activity were analyzed.The results showed that treatment temperature could activate and enhance the activities of pectinase and cellulase to some extent,but too high temperature would cause irreversible damage to the active center,resulting in the decline of enzyme activity;the pH value of the catalytic system will also seriously affect and restrict the activity of biological enzyme.The suitable pH value can significantly improve the activity of enzyme,while the excessive acid or alkaline environment will make the activity of biological enzyme decrease rapidly;The effect of the standing time of the solution on the activity of biological enzyme can almost be ignored,and the active center of the enzyme will be stable in a certain environment;The water quality has a great inhibitory effect on the active center of pectinase,but its effect on cellulase activity is almost negligible,which may be due to the presence of K+,Ca2+,Mg2+ and Cl-plasma in tap water,which inhibits the occurrence of enzymatic reaction to a certain extent.The factors affecting the efficiency of enzyme catalyzed reaction in the continuous and rapid process of biological enzyme were analyzed.The results show that the process of repeated padding can obviously improve the effect of enzyme catalyzed decomposition of substrates and shorten the time of the whole pretreatment process;The optimization of temperature can accelerate the efficiency of biological enzyme catalysis,keep the enzyme activity in a high range,reduce the time of catalysis and shorten the refining time;The contact of cotton fabric and enzyme can be increased by increasing the soaking time,and the enzyme catalytic reaction can be improved;The appropriate pick-up can improve the efficiency of biological enzyme,improve the effective contact rate of enzyme and substrate,and ultimately improve the refining efficiency and shorten the processing time of the new process.The micromechanism of the new process was analyzed in the SEM and FTIR-ATR spectra of the fibers treated by the continuous and fast process of the biological enzyme.FTIR-ATR IR absorption at 1634.9cm-1 in the figure decreased significantly,SEM analysis also showed that cotton fabric after repeated padding process can effectively remove impurities in the fiber surface,improve the wettability of fabric.Compared with alkali scouring effect,it get a better protection of the fabric strength.
