Research On The Implementation Of Safety Production Of Thermal Power Company In TongLiao City

With the constant improvement of infrastructure in all walks of life the Inner Mongolia autonomous region,Inner Mongolia region from the top down and safety management system have gotten very big improvement,and greatly reduced the major production accidents.At the same time,for the power plant safety production management puts forward new requirements,but in the daily management,frequently,it is difficult to eliminate accident threat to the safety of the workers' life safety and the surrounding people.What's more,it is also a kind of obstacles for building a harmonious society as well as the image of Inner Mongolia.At present,the safety management of the electric power company not only is the enterprise internal management problems,but is related to the regional security level,and is the hot topic in a certain region within the scope of People's Daily.This paper is combined with daily work experience.It will put the Tongliao nonelectric company as the research object to find the problems of executive force of production safety.By the survey,this paper can find problems that must be safe production execution,and combining with theoretical knowledge to analysis one by one.This paper is through the executive force for safe production of the related research at home and abroad and the basic theory for the following research:(1)investigating and analyzing present situation of Tongliao city nonelectric company safety production implementation,and the Tongliao nonelectric company safety production execution system has problems,culture,natural and geographical environment and so on.The next step is to carry on the qualitative discussion;But it is easy to learn that thermal power companies still exist certain problems in the investigation of safety in production: first,it has exposed that the Tongliao city nonelectric company on safety supervision is not good enough;In terms of safety incentive mechanism,performance appraisal is made the better part of the Tongliao city nonelectric company.However,there are many shortcomings in view of the economic measures.That means production safety degree of punishment reward hasn't a good incentive and spur enterprise employees improve safety,security responsibilities;On the implementation of safety management is not enough,did not decorate many of the policies and tasks to grass-roots,leading to the execution of the work is no track in the end,often exist only pay attention to communicate without an execution.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)the construction execution culture consciousness,strengthen employee execution concept,establish a scientific values;(2)strengthen staff training and improve staff literacy;Perfect the incentive mechanism to improve enterprise's safety production execution;(3)the optimization of security system,clear rewards and punishment system,increase the degree of rewards and punishments,the implementation of safety management.
