Research On Circular Economy Development Strategy Of Inner Mongolia Energy Company

The circular economy is based on the efficient and recycling utilization of resources,which conforms to the national sustainable economic growth model,which is based on the principle of “reduction,reuse,and recycling”.Enterprise strategy is making relevant significant global planning in order to keep the competitive advantage for a long time,or the pursuit of enterprise competitive advantage in the future,and generally is the main target of its future period,strategy and action plan.This paper takes Inner Mongolia Energy Company circular economy development strategy as the research object.Inner Mongolia Energy Company is a comprehensive energy company,which is National Power Investment Group Corporation holding subsidiaries in the Inner Mongolia area,also is eastern Inner Mongolia and northeast region's largest coal,electricity,and electrolytic aluminium enterprise.Inner Mongolia Energy Company has built a regional coal-electric-aluminum industry chain by creating a national recycling economic model project--Huo Linhe circular economy demonstration project.The author works in Inner Mongolia Energy Company.The project materials and data involved in this thesis are from within the company.Firstly,the thesis introduces the concepts and theories of circular economy and strategic management,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis tools.Then it introduces the present situation and operation situation of Inner Mongolia Energy Company and Huo Linhe regional circular economy model project,thus systematically combs political and legal environment,economic environment,social and natural environment,technology environment of the development of circular economy in Inner Mongolia Energy Company and analyzes inter advantages and disadvantages,the challenge and opportunity of Inner Mongolia Energy Company.On the basis above,the thesis makes the feasibility analysis and economic benefit calculation on coal-electric-aluminum circular economy industrial chain to be constructed in copy in Bai Yinhua,so as to determine the development strategy of Inner Mongolia Energy Company is feasible,that is,"Coal as the core,electricity as the guarantee,clean energy as the key,Huo Linhe,Bai Yinhua industrial chain as the two wings,building the circular economy industrial cluster,building the international first-class comprehensive energy enterprise".In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the above development strategy,five safeguards measures are proposed for the actual situation of Inner Mongolia Energy Company,namely: taking value oriented to insist enterprise benefit maximization;Strengthening market awareness to bring benefits from the market;Strengthening industrial policy analysis to realize effective integration of enterprise planning and national planning;Strengthening the technical economic argumentation to control project risk;Strengthening the construction of the talent pool to provide talent guarantee for the development of enterprises.Under these measures,it will make the enterprise new profit growth point,to create enterprise benefit maximization,realize sustainable development,build a new type of comprehensive energy company with core competitive ability,and set up a new type of benchmarking and samples from transformation from the traditional energy enterprises to comprehensive energy industry in economic “new normal state”.
