After four decades of reform and opening-up,Chinese economy experienced tremendous growth and ranked second in the world.But the great success of economic development was achieved at the cost of enormous pressure on the natural environment.To develop the circular economy is the implementation ofthe 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we will accelerate reform of the ecological civilization system,the construction of beautiful China's major initiatives,respecting nature,comply with the nature,protect nature,promote formation of the harmonious development of man and nature new pattern of modernization of the inevitable choice.Over the past few years,all regions and all government departments have worked hard to promote the circular economy,with the theory of the circular economy being consolidated,the industrial system gradually improved,the development level constantly increased,and the economic,social and environmental benefits further highlighted.At present,we have entered the critical stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.With industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization further advanced,the demands for energy resources and the production of waste will both grow rapidly.Thus the contradiction between economic development and resources and environment will be more prominent,and the need for circular economy more urgent.It is undoubtedly a great opportunity for the development of the environmental protection industry after a decade of considerable progress.But it should be noticed that the environmental protection industry,especially the industry of solid waste still lags behind the developed countries in terms of economy,theory,technology and governance effects,which are also the potential opportunities for the enterprises.The environmental protection industry is a sunrise industry.But when Yunnan Circular Economy Company(hereinafter referred to as the Circular Company)was founded in August 2010,the pioneer has been developing for ten years or so and gained the first mover advantage.It is now a significant topic for the second mover to consider about how to formulate a strategic plan and realize the development goals in light of its own characteristics and advantages.This paper is divided into seven parts:the first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background and its significance.The second part is a brief description of the current theory of enterprise strategies.The third part analyzes the external environment of the Circular Company.It first investigates its macro environment,and then the industry environment,which uses PEST and the Five Forces Model to figure out the successful factors and development trends of the Circular Company in the industry competition.The fourth part evaluates the internal environment of the Circular Company,which starts with the internal resources of the enterprise and comprehensively dissects its capabilities,strengths and weaknesses.The fifth part carries out a thorough analysis for the development strategy of the Circular Company,by integrating SWOT analysis model,identifying the external opportunities and threats of the enterprise,and determining the overall strategic blueprint and opportunity for the future development of the enterprise.The sixth part focuses on the implementation and safeguard measures of the Circular Company's development strategy,which explains its strategy implementation and supporting system from the perspective of building core competence,optimizing the market layout,improving the internal management,strengthening the system and brand construction,expanding the international financing channels,accelerating the construction of talent teams and so on.The seventh part is the conclusion,in which the deficiencies of this paper and the preliminary assumptions of future research are put forward.
