The Separation Of Aloe Emodin And Luteolin By Supported Ionic Liquids

Ionic liquids have been more widely used in the field of separation because of its unique properties.Its disadvantage is the high price and easy to lose.So,people try to use organic or inorganic porous material polymer support ionic liquids.And make them have the properties of Ionic liquids.This method is a good solution to the above problem.This paper intends to synthesize immobilized ionic liquids.Adsorption and separation effect of aloe-emodin and luteolin have been studied.Details are as follows:(1)20 kinds of silica gel immobilized ionic liquids have been synthesized.Immobilized ionic liquids have been characterized by infrared and thermal gravimetric analysis.(2)Making the synthesis of 20 kinds of immobilized ionic liquids as sorbent investigated the adsorption properties of aloe emodin by static and dynamic adsorption method.The results indicated that aloeemodin in ethyl acetate has better adsorption effect.Moreover,the adsorption efficiency increases with the decrease of the solvent polarity.Adsorption efficiency with imidazole ring C increase with the increase of the chain length.Anion adsorption efficiency is in order to Cl->BF4->PF6-.The best condition of dynamic adsorption is the flow rate of 4.5 mL/min and the concentration of 100 mg/L.What's more the adsorbent adsorption capacity is 2.2 mg/g.With methanol as eluent,the best condition of elution is the flow rate of 4.5 mL/min,and the elution rate is 97.9%.(3)Making the synthesis of 20 kinds of immobilized ionic liquids as sorbent investigated the adsorption properties of luteolin by static and dynamic adsorption method.The adsorption efficiency increases with the decrease of the solvent polarity.Adsorption efficiency with imidazole ring C increase with the increase of the chain length.Anion adsorption efficiency is in order to Cl->BF4->PF6-.The adsorption effect of luteolin is higher than that of aloeemodin.When using ethyl acetate as solvent adsorption,adsorption efficiency reached more than 80%generally.The best condition of dynamic adsorption is the flow rate of 4.5 mL/min and the concentration of 1000 mg/L.What's more the adsorbent adsorption capacity is 60.6 mg/g.With methanol as eluent,the best condition of elution is the flow rate of 4.5 mL/min,and the elution rate is 93.5%.
