Research On Solubility And Extraction Of Aloe Emodin In Several Ionic Liquids

The purpose of this topic is to research on purification of aloe emodin which is widely used in medical and other aspects with it's high medicinal value and determination of Aloe-emodin by using laser detection method on solubility of several ionic liquids and fitting the results,to investigate test condition of liquid chromatography of aloe emodin,to study the process conditions of extraction of aloe emodin from ethanol aqueous by using ionic liquid solution and of extraction of aloe emodin from cassia seed which is regarded as natural medicine by using ionic liquid solution.These study above have provided the basis for the exploitation,utilization and extraction of aloe emodin.Details are as follows:(1)When analysis of content of Aloe-emodin by liquid chromatography,Area normalization method to calculate the content of Aloe-emodin,the chromatographic conditions:Chromatographic columns:C18,150mm;mobile phase:Methanol:(65:35);flow rates:1.0 mL·min-1;column temperature:30?;Test wavelength:254nm.Determination of aloe emodinin in these conditions have a precise result can be easily repeated and have a high degrees of separation.(2)Determining solubility of aloe emodin in 1-decyl-3-methylimida-zolium chloride,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate,N-butylpyrid-inium tetrafluoroborate,1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate,1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate,1-buty-3-methylimidazolium bis-((trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl)imide,10%dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride aqueous solution,20%dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride aqueous solution,30%dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride aqueous solution and 40%dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride aqueous solution,respectively.Then fitting by Empirical equation,?h equation,Three-parameter equation and Simplified two-parameter equation.(3)The distribution ratio and the extraction rate as an indicator of the aloe-emodin,the application of single factor effects of the ionic liquid 1-buty-3-methylimidazolium bis((trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl)imide extraction separation of 40%aqueous ethanol solution of aloe-emodinprocess conditions,the optimum conditions is:Equal volume of extraction of extraction time of 4 hrs,of the extraction temperature of 60?,of the distribution ratio of 1.37,possible to achieve a good separation effect.(4)The extraction rate as an indicator of the aloe-emodin,the application of single factor experiment investigated dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride aqueous solution extraction cassia seed in aloe-emodin process conditions,optimized conditions were:Extraction time of 4hrs,extraction temperature of 40? solid-liquid ratio of 1:10 aqueous solution of 40%sodium dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride extraction Semen Cassiae aloe-emodin,the extraction rate of 72.72%to 73.89%,reaching a very good separation.
