| Relying on "13th Five-Year Plan" National Water Pollution Control and Treatment Science and Technology Major Project "Differentiated Water Quality Objective Management and Construction of Multi-objective Intelligent Management Platform in Shaying River Basin"Project,this thesis took sub-basin of Yinghe River above Zhoukou in Huaihe River Basin as the research object.Based on the framework of TMDL plan of USA,a dynamic TMDL model was constructed in the study area taking China’s on going pollutants total amount control parameters,saying COD and NH3-N,as control objects.This regional research of TMDL based on water quality target management was supposed to provide technical demonstration and support for the full implementation of pollutant discharge permits in China.The main results of this research are as follows:(1)Establishment of a TMDL modeling system of Yinghe River sub-basin based on MIKE 11 software.combing the hydrologic and environmental characteristics of the study area,the mode of Rainfall-Runoff module(RR),Hydrodynamic module(HD),and Advection-Dispersion module(AD)in MIKE 11 were used to establish TMDL calculation modeling system in research area,which can achieve runoff simulation and water quantity-quality simulation.(2)Accomplishment of a TMDL calculation model in Yinghe River sub-basin.Based on the collected data,after the river network generalization,parameter calibration and validation,the TMDL calculation model for the Yinghe River sub-basin was established.Model calibration and verification results showed that the channel roughness ranged from 0.01 to 0.02,and the average relative errors of water level and flow verification were 3.7%and 19.7%respectively.The degradation coefficient for COD and NH3-N was 0.13/d 0.09/d respectively,and the average relative error of water quality validation ranged from 5.4%to 13.4%,which demonstrated that the model system could reflect the hydrodynamic and water quality changes in the study area well.(3)The TMDL plan in the superior control area indicated that the TMDL COD for Dengfeng Industrial Water District,Dengfeng Transitional District,Baisha Reservoir Landscape and Recreational Water Area,Changge Landscaping and Recreation Water Area,Zhangzhou Drinking Water Source Area,Linyi City Agricultural Water Area were 844.7kg/d、430.48kg/d、1464.83kg/d、124.78kg/d、229.5kg/d and 1161.22kg/d respectively at 90.1%flow guarantee rate,and TMDL of NH3-N were 42.23kg/d、21.52kg/d、168.57kg/d、13.99kg/d、13.29kg/d and 99.06kg/d respectively at the same condition. |
