Research On The Local Environmental Legislation Of City With Districts

With the increasing serious environmental problems in various places in recent years,many places want to solve the environmental problems in development by enacting legislation in the region.However,the limited body of the local legislative power has constrained local development.When the "Law of Legislation" was amended in 2015,many experts and scholars proposed to expand the local legislative power and provide a legislative solution to local problems in development.This article is written in this context.This article first sorts out the relevant theoretical issues of local environmental legislation,including an overview of local environmental legislation and the reasons for the expansion of local environmental legislation.The second chapter selects eight provinces with different levels of economic development and environmental quality,analyses the local environmental legislation of a total of 57 cities with districts,analyzes the problems existing in local environmental legislation in the district,and lacks local characteristics.,Low level of public participation,arbitrariness and concentration of environmental legislation matters.Finally,it is a few suggestions on improving the quality of local environmental legislation in the district.Specifically,it includes strengthening the pertinence of local environmental legislation,strengthening the construction of local environmental legislation and talents,clarifying local environmental legislation issues,and improving public participation in local environmental legislation.
