| With the changing of drying process parameters,chemical components of cut tobacco and cigarette quality changed in different degree,so cigarette quality depends on process parameters.This research explored the effect of steam flow,wall temperature and hot blast temperature on chemical components of cut tobacco and cigarette quality,tried to find important relevant parameters by analysis method,and regulated the key technical parameter according to the index.The main conclusions were as followings:1.DMRT was used to analyze the effect of steam flow,wall temperature,hot blast temperature parameter on tobacco chemical components.steam flow had the biggest effect on total sugar 和 Chlorine content.wall temperature had the biggest effect on reducing sugar,ratio sugar,sugar-nicotine ratio 和 proportion of nitrogen to nicotine.hot blast temperature had the biggest effect on Potassium 和 ratio of potassium to chlorine.According to variable coefficient of Potassium,Chlorine,ratio sugar,Potassium,Chlorine,ratio sugar content would changed sgnificantly and dispersion degreeof sugar-nicotine ratio,proportion of nitrogen to nicotine,ratio of potassium to chlorine would increase to great degree with the changing of drying parameter.The result showed that when the dispersion degree was 700kg/h,wall temperature was 132℃,and hot blast temperature was 115℃,the tobacco chemical components was optimalt.2.DMRT was used to analyze the effect of steam flow,wall temperature,hot blast temperature parameter on neutral aroma substance.Steam flow had the biggest effect on Maillard Reaction Products.Hot blast temperature had the biggest effect on Neophytadiene.Wall temperature had the biggest effect on.3.DMRT was used to analyze the effect of steam flow,wall temperature,hot blast temperature parameter on tobacco physical property.The result showed that hot blast temperature had the biggest effect on single weight circumference standard deviation,circumference standard deviation 和 length standard deviation.Wall temperature had the biggest effect on cigarette suction resistance.According to variable coefficient of single weight circumference standard deviation,circumference standard deviation,length standard deviation and cigarette suction resistance,single weight circumference standard deviation,circumference standard deviation,length standard deviation and cigarette suction resistance would changed sgnificantly and their dispersion degreewould increase to great degree with the changing of drying parameter.The result showed that when the dispersion degree was 700kg/h,wall temperature was 132℃,and hot blast temperature was 115℃,the tobacco physical property was optimal.4.Response surface and contour plot were analyzed to draw the conclusion that the effect of the parameters on sensory quality were steam flow,hot blast temperature,wall temperature.Quadratic multinomial regression equation model between steam flow,wall temperature,hot blast temperature and sensory quality of tobacco was established by response surface analysis.By the analysis of variance of the regression equation,the interaction of steam flow and wall temperature had highly significant influence on tobacco sensory quality.The interaction of steam flow and hot blast temperature had significant influence on tobacco sensory quality.The interaction of wall temperature and hot blast temperature had no influence on tobacco sensory quality.And this model explained reasonably the change of sensory quality as steam flow,wall temperature,hot blast temperature changed.This model’s fitting degree was high and could be used to analyze and predict the score of tobacco sensory quality.Thus,based on the sensory quality,the optimal combination of drying process parameters was steam flow of 672.60kg/h,wall temperature of 131.20℃,hot blast temperature of 114.59℃.And verification test was carried out for the optimal combination and the mean value was very closer to the prediction,showing the verification was reliable. |
